If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help. ✅ Returns Items can be returned within 7–14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags. Certain items (sale items, personal care products, custom orders) may not be eligible for return. 💵 Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 🔁 Exchanges We offer exchanges for damaged or defective items. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
